Presents ''The 40 Parables of the 1st Gospel"

_{I agree to the following}

1) Representation. My new purpose is to daily fish for men and make disciples. I will be shown by my own growing several ability how to present this Original Gospel of 40 Parable Teachings to all I can thur ongrowing proven media.

^{2) Authority. To recognize that as a full time Independent representative going 2 by 2 my partner}^{of my choice. We will be paying no royalties to anyone. We will be in charge of 100% of our generated gifts to be used to buy more and more proven media and larger and larger Saturday evening top hotel feasts in upper rooms furnished,and to cover ALL OUR living costs week to week as the representatives see fit.}

^{3) Binding. This agreement shall be effective on the date it is signed by all parties.}

^{4) Non-Transferable. This agreement may NOT be transferred or otherwise assigned. Either party may terminate this contract at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to Worldwide Publishers sm.}

⁵⁾^{Performance. I give my consent to Worldwide Publishers sm to publicize my name, photo, statistics without payment for recognition of any BLESSINGS I RECEIVE.}

⁶⁾^{Use of Name, Service Marks, and Trademarks.}

^{The name Worldwide Publishers sm and}^{The 40 Parables tm are service marks and trademarks. As such, those are of great value and are to be used by Independent representatives in exact copy provided.}

^{7) Advertising. Independent representative agrees not to advertise Worldwide Publishers sm in any way other than the advertising or promotional materials made available to Independent representative by Worldwide Publishers sm. Independent representative agrees not to delete or add any written, printed, recorded or any other material in advertising.}

^{8) Independent Representative. Independent representatives are independent and shall not imply any employment relationship with Worldwide Publishers sm The use of the words employee either orally or on any stationery, business cards, or other printed material, is strictly prohibited.}

^{9) Comply with Laws. Independent representative must comply with all local, state and nation laws and regulations that apply and shall not engage in any practice or activity that could discredit or damage the image or reputation of Worldwide Publishers sm. This applies not only to the laws where the Independent representative lives but also to any nation where the Independent representative sows.}

^{10 ) Record Keeping. Maintenance of proper books and records is an absolute necessity. Your books and records

allow you to compare your results on a week-by-week basis.}

^{11) Unlimited Copyright Permission.. Is hereby granted to use}^{service mark}^{Worldwide Publishers sm) a division of Original Gospel Ministries and trademark}^{(The 40 Parables tm) UNLIMITED COPYRIGHTS FOR SELF AND FOR YOUR NEW REPRESENTATIVES}^{HEREBY GRANTED when this agreement is signed}^{by Worldwide Publishers sm}

^{12) Law, Jurisdiction, location of Dispute Resolution. This agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Dallas Texas, USA, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict of law principles). The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought solely in Texas and Company expressly submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.}

¹³⁾^{Limitation of Remedy.}^{Worldwide Publishers sm is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), and product liability or otherwise even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The limitations of damages set forth herein are a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between Independent representatives and Worldwide Publishers sm.}

¹⁴⁾^{Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all prior oral or written understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. The English text of this Agreement is the only authentic text.}
